Exodus 23:1 NKJV
23 “You shall not circulate a false report. Do not put your hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.
In this verse we hear God giving instructions to the children of Israel through His vessel Moses.
Notice:
- You shall not circulate a false report.
- Do not join with the wicked and become an unrighteous witness.
Child of God:
The Holy Spirit is saying to you today…
- Be honest in all your encounters.
- Be honest even when it is unpopular.
- Be honest even if you lose friends, (they really were not your friend).
- Do not join with dishonest people against an honest person, (lie for a returned favor).
Meditate on the God of Truth who says to you today tell the truth.
Thank God for the courage to speak truth in a wicked and perverse world.
