Immeasurable
Psalms 103 :12 NKJV
As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
This is a Psalm written by David. Here David praises God for His mercies.
In this verse David writes about the salvation of the people of God.
Notice:
- David references the distance between the east and the west.
- David then says that is how far removed our transgressions,(sins) are from us.
Child for God, your question is what does that mean to me?
It means…
- Jesus died on the cross to pay the price for your sins.
- God sees the blood of Jesus that covers you,(you are forgiven).
- When God forgives, the sin no longer exist.
- God’s forgiveness is as if you never sinned
- God’s capacity to forgive and remove sin is immeasurable.
- You and I, and every baptized born again believer are delivered from the pit of hell, (eternal torment).
Meditate on your secure place in eternity.
Thank God for His gift of His Son Jesus
