Consequences

Romans 1: 24, 25 NKJV

24 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, 25 who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

In these two verses Paul writes about the wrath of God upon the unrighteous.

Notice:

  1. God stepped back and allowed them to indulge in their unclean behavior, (the lust of their flesh).
  2. They were dishonoring God with the lust of the flesh, (their bodies).
  3. They chose to worship the creations of God as opposed to the creator Himself.
  4. They chose to believe a lie, (even though they knew the truth).
  5. God and God alone is to be praised forever. Amen, (and so it is).

Child of God:

The Holy Spirit is speaking to the world today.

  • Worship God and God alone.
  • Beware of putting things or people before God, there are consequences.
  • Recognize that everything on earth was created by God or made from material that God created.

Meditate on the Holy Spirit who fills your space now.

Listen to the Holy Spirit as He says put Me first.
